We have been coming to this Dr surgery for quite a while now and the treatment is always so thorough. The reception staff and friendly and efficient and we have used many of the Drs with nothing but gratitude. The booking app is easy (i prefer not to use apps where I can bit love this one!) and appointments are usually available the next day, or even same day – you can at least see a dr when you have the symptoms. Thank you Advanced Medical Windsor for looking after our family.
The Doctor was very professional, treated me like royalty and explained what was happening in lay man’s terms. We treated the problem at the same time and the whole treatment was a very comfortable and informative experience.
The service from the administration staff was also world class.
